Most of my professional experience as a biofeedback practitioner has come from my education in this very specialized field and using the Indigo Biofeedback Device. I have participated in many self growth and development seminars along with some real life experience. As a facilitator, I offer creative alternative solutions to empower my clients to experience freedom in various areas of their wellbeing. My focus includes their mental, physical, spiritual, relational and financial health. I work with a resource of trusted professionals, both alternative and mainstream. I have also focused on endocrine related stress- (adrenal / thryroid), heavy metal toxicity, identifing the highest stress factors contributing to out of balance states, brain related stressors & emotional disturbances. I also work with digestive related challenges. My goal is to pioneer this industry in energetic medicine, by bridging the gap between allopathic and holistic medicine.

I love hypnosis! I get crazy happy when I see people create life-changing results in themselves that impact their families, friends, co-workers, communities, and ultimately, the world. All this and I get to have fun at the same time. It has been my good fortune to study under many of the most significant hypnosis masters of our day such as Jerry Valley, Cal Banyan, Matthew James, Tad James, Geoffrey Knight, Jeffrey Stephens, and John Kappas. The National Guild of Hypnotists, the Oregon Hypnotherapy Association, and the Association for Integrative Psychology certify me as a hypnotherapist.
